Meet Your Match: How Peer Matching Works
Get matched 1:1 with a peer working on something similar.
Every month, we run a peer matching program that pairs members based on what they're working on.
Topics rotate monthly (recent rounds have focused on things like AI adoption, security without slowing teams down, and building out your next layer of leadership). When a new round opens, we'll send an email with that round's topics and a short form to share a bit about your background and what you'd like to talk through.
From there, we match you with a peer who has a similar interest and background. You'll both share your availability, and we'll find a time that works for both of you.
You can join a new round every month. And if you click with someone, you're welcome to request them again in a future round. Keep an eye on your inbox — that's how you'll know when the next round opens.
