AI has changed how software starts. Agentic coding environments mean developers — and increasingly autonomous AI agents — can generate production-intent code faster than any previous point in the history of software delivery. That's not the problem. The problem is what happens next.
Most organizations haven't updated the system that receives all that code: the pipelines, policy checks, security scans, deployment gates, and API governance that determine whether change reaching production is safe, auditable, and compliant. When the inner loop accelerates and the outer loop doesn't, the gap becomes a risk surface.
This dinner brings together senior engineering and security leaders for a candid, peer-driven conversation on what it actually takes to govern AI-accelerated delivery end to end — from the moment an agent generates a line of code, through the delivery pipelines where policy is enforced and deployments are controlled, to the connectivity layer where LLM traffic, MCP calls, and agent-to-agent communication must be secured, observed, and governed.
Expect an honest discussion grounded in what's working, what's breaking, and where the accountability gaps are emerging:

• When AI agents trigger pipelines, who owns the decision to ship?

• How do you enforce access controls, policy guardrails, and audit trails across a system where the "developer" is sometimes an agent?

• What does it mean to govern API traffic when that traffic includes LLM prompts, agentic tool calls, and agent-to-agent communication that traditional gateways weren't built to inspect?

• Is your governance automated and evidence-producing — or is it still manual approval theater?
